Film in Revolt - ‘The Quiet’ Review

Film in Revolt has reviewed ‘The Quiet’ as part of Sydney Film Festival.

“Sound plays a major part in this film. It drives the story, creating an immersive experience and luring the audience into the story. In suspenseful parts, the sound builds up, becoming louder and more intense, but then instantly stops, leaving the audience to face their own thoughts on the subjects in The Quiet. Jegatheva uses everyday sound effects that are recreated to represent different actions in space enhancing the astronaut’s connection to his home.”

“The Quiet is a beautiful simplistic film that engages audiences through its thought-provoking storyline and beautiful animations. The film is extremely unique and fascinating to watch so we would highly recommend it.”
