I’m passionate about the value of using media in educational and social development contexts. I believe that film and animation can be an invaluable tool to do good in the world.

I have spoken to thousands of school students over the years with the aim of encouraging young people into the arts.

‘The Quiet’ is being used for educational purposes as a part of the Croatian Film Association’s nonprofit platform Film EDUcation.
Film EDUcation is an interactive film education program for primary and secondary school students all over the Republic of Croatia, and helps to give students an incentive to engage in film.
“The main intention of the project is to encourage the balanced development of film literacy throughout Croatia and to develop a system which brings film art closer to schools, regardless of their geographical location. The project contributes to the development of young people’s competencies, with teachers being professionally trained in an area that is underrepresented, both in teaching and in the professional development program, thus becoming more competitive in the labor market and opening new opportunities for working with children and youth for themselves. So far, we received really positive feedback from the teachers and children who are already involved in the project.”

Rotary Club
FASD Awareness
I worked with Rotary to create an educational video about Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, that will be used to help communities and raise awareness.

Storm Surge PSA
I created an informational animated clip about the dangers of storm surges (coastal tsunami-like phenomenon) for residents in the Port Douglas region - working with Cats Eye Productions and the Douglas Shire Council.
